Delivery Time

• Cairo & Giza: Orders are delivered within 1–5 working days via courier.
• Other Governorates: Delivery may take up to 10 working days, depending on location.
• Large Products: Items such as shower cabins and outdoor accessories may take up to 10 working days.
• Customized Products: Orders may take up to 2 weeks for processing and shipping.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping fees are calculated based on delivery location and order weight/size.
• The final shipping cost will be confirmed at checkout or by our team before shipping.

Order Confirmation

• All orders are confirmed via phone call or WhatsApp before shipping.
• Orders that are not confirmed may be automatically cancelled.

Important Notes

• Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on location and order volume.
• Please ensure availability to receive your order once shipped.
• Orders cannot be opened upon delivery. If you would like to request this option, please contact us before shipping so we can coordinate with the courier company.

COD & Delivery Policy

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, failure to receive the order or cancellation after shipping may result in:

• Deduction of shipping fees
• Restriction from future COD orders
