Delivery Time
- Cairo & Giza: Orders are delivered within 1–5 working days via courier.
- Other Governorates: Delivery may take up to 10 working days, depending on location.
- Large Products: Items such as shower cabins and outdoor accessories may take up to 10 working days.
- Customized Products: Orders may take up to 2 weeks for processing and shipping.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated based on delivery location and order weight/size.
- The final shipping cost will be confirmed at checkout or by our team before shipping.
Order Confirmation
- All orders are confirmed via phone call or WhatsApp before shipping.
- Orders that are not confirmed may be automatically cancelled.
Important Notes
- Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on location and order volume.
- Please ensure availability to receive your order once shipped.
- Orders cannot be opened upon delivery. If you would like to request this option, please contact us before shipping so we can coordinate with the courier company.
COD & Delivery Policy
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, failure to receive the order or cancellation after shipping may result in:
- Deduction of shipping fees
- Restriction from future COD orders
